Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Datalogger.pk. We stand behind the quality of our industrial IoT and monitoring solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all sensors, cables, manuals, and accessories.

  • You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-built IoT panels or personalized software integrations.

  • Items showing signs of "burnt" circuitry due to incorrect high-voltage installation by the user.

  • Software subscription fees once the dashboard has been activated.

2. The Refund Process (for COD Orders)

Since all our orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds cannot be returned in cash via the courier.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash to an account provided by you.

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us at info@datalogger.pk or via our WhatsApp support.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Faulty Products: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent, Datalogger.pk will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from the courier. If you discover damage after opening, you must report it to us within 24 hours with photos/videos as evidence to claim a replacement.
