Welcome to Datalogger.pk. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, hardware products, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, and integration services. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Products

Datalogger.pk provides industrial automation, environmental monitoring systems (EMS), and IoT hardware/software solutions.

• Hardware: All hardware (sensors, loggers) is subject to the specific manufacturer's warranty provided at the time of purchase.

• Software/Cloud: Access to the Datalog EMS Dashboard is provided on a subscription or project-basis. We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or internet outages.

2. Payments & Billing

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method for all orders across Pakistan.

· Payment Upon Receipt: Payment must be made in full to the courier agent at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is available, as courier agents may not always carry change.

· Order Verification: For high-value industrial equipment or custom IoT solutions, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify the order before dispatching the shipment.

· Currency: All prices are listed and payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

· Taxes: Prices displayed on the website may be subject to GST (General Sales Tax) or other applicable government taxes as per the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

· No Online Processing: Datalogger.pk does not currently process payments via credit cards, debit cards, or mobile wallets (like Easypaisa) directly on the website. We will never ask for your bank OTP or card PIN over the phone.

3. User Accounts

To access certain monitoring features, you may be required to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to info@datalogger.pk immediately.

4. Data Privacy & Monitoring

• Data Collection: Our systems record environmental and industrial data (temperature, humidity, voltage, etc.) as part of our service. This data belongs to the client but is hosted on our secure cloud servers.

• Alerts: While we provide SMS and Email alerts, Datalogger.pk is not liable for any losses incurred due to delayed or failed notifications caused by telecom network issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

Datalogger.pk provides technical solutions to help you monitor your business. However:

• We are not liable for any industrial accidents, equipment failure, or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use our monitoring systems.

• The hardware is "industrial grade," but its effectiveness depends on proper installation and calibration by the user or authorized personnel.

6. Shipping & Returns

• Delivery: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city.

• Returns: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within [X] days of delivery. Custom-built IoT solutions or software subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, software code, and dashboard designs, is the property of Datalogger.pk and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Karachi/Your City].
