3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataLogger.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including data loss or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
